Royal Philatelic Society Expert certificate - Forgery.

Following is the example of Royal Philatelic Society Expert certificate  - Expertising Certificate are Forged easily!!

1) Using photocopy (xerox) remove expert opinion and reuse it.

2) Print it yourself so no one will notice that it's forged.  ( If money or passport can be forged than what's the big deal about this piece of paper without any government undertaking.!!)

3) Be your own expert.!!  so you don't have to forged or cheat just issue certificate of your opinion.!!

This was on eBay for sale by "gandhiphilately" AKA "echobangla" from Australia.

But what amazed me is that 5 bidders are interested in this philately Gandhi material.

To me it's nothing but SHILL bidding were either seller is trying to bid it in order to increase price and to feel other that this is very important philatelic material.

To me this is not Philately Gandhi material a BOGUS (not issued) material which is glorified by stamp collectors in their stamp exhibit.

Also it is glorified in stamp collection HANDBOOK as philately material, which is nothing by a combination of authors and forgers(stamp collectors) trying to make money.

Stamp Expert Certificate - BPA Expertising stamp cert - Study of 20 years difference.

Self study for anyone interested to study about BPA stamp expert certificate.

BPA Expertising Ltd was originally set up by the British Philatelic Association which is now defunct and has been superceded by the Association of British Philatelic Societies (with whom BPA Expertising Ltd has no connection).

Following are  BPA Expertising stamp certificate issued from 1971 - 2014

You can do self study of this Stamp Expert Certificate and know more about it such as type of paper, quality of printing, number of certificate issued, Signature of Experts etc.

It's lot of money BPA made from 1992 - 2014 as they issued 45000+ (37503 - 83261) certificate and also lot of money for VAT and other TAX to EU government as they charge on catalog value.

Royal Philatelic Society Expertising Certificate or BPA Expert Certification Forgery or Reused ?

In past I read that this BPA expert certificate or RPSL certificate are even REUSED after removing writing on certificate using chemical or white tape and photocopying that one for future use.!! You can read that too by clicking following link of my blog post.

In June 2010, there was a Gandhi Service stamp for sale on eBay for $225,000 with RPSL expert certificate. But all information was hidden.!!!

Do you think it's FORGED or Reused?

To me it looks like something wrong when I see this kind of activity because they are hiding all information such as RPLS certificate #, Date, Signature and Submitted by etc.

Following is screenshot from eBay, which makes this as one of the most expensive stamp for sale in public auction on eBay by seller "tappalman" with very low feedback of 281.!! (seller don't exist.!! as changed id or discontinued !!) In past I wrote about this most expensive stamp and you can read by clicking following link.

What do you think about this Expert Certificate from Royal Philatelic Society London.?

Can you complain to  anyone if you buy this stamp with forged expertising certificate.?

What is Stamp Expertising Certificate

What is stamp Expertising ?

"Neither the Company nor the members of the Expert Committee can accept any liability, either collective or individual, for any opinion expressed."

Does this make sense to you to get stamp Expertising Expertizing Certificate.

To me any Expert Certificate or Stamp Expertizing does not add any value, because it looks like any one can give their opinion and call piece of paper as Expertising Certificate.

To become stamp Expert or to issue Expertising Certificate it's very easy. Just start it as don't need any of the following.

• You don't need any college degree or certification or license from government.
• There are no rules or law in stamp expertising certificate which needs to be followed and there is no overseeing authority who can revoke you as stamp expert or philatelic expert.
• Even to open a store or company it require permit from local authority and they do all kind of inspection, background check etc. You don't need when you start issuing expertising certificate. 
• It don't require physical address also as website is only requirement to become philatelic expert.
• It's not even printed in with some special ink or paper or logos or watermark.

As there is no qualification needed I started my own stamp Expertizing Certificate. I just need to do following to make money.!!

1) Take a domain name on internet. (USPA Expertising Inc.) 

2) Print on and start giving certificate and make money .!!

Let me make sure that following is just for EDUCATING purpose only. I am not providing any certificate but trying to bring AWARENESS in stamp collecting cheating so don't try to think I am actually giving certificate.!!

I am thinking  to provided piece of paper as USPA Expertising Incorporated. Let me know if you need it.!!

I am not even going to spend money on creating website just make it available through blog only.!! even though domain name is available.!!

So this is a tale of Expertising Certificate.

Also thinking to write a philatelic handbook and become a world renowned author of Gandhi Stamps, so I can write incorrect information in it and sell all collectors can sell their forged items.

My goal is to make money so I will issue piece of paper and all experienced collector will display it in exhibit  and try to sell that items.

So make sure what you buying it or even reading it.
